At the time, Fireside confirmed the deal would help it to accelerate its plans, saying it would be the “only platform that turns creators, celebrities, brands and IP owners into the studio, networks and streaming services of the future.” The latter is made possible through last year’s acquisition of the streaming TV platform Stremium. The funding and valuation were confirmed through Fireside’s recent investor update, obtained by TechCrunch, which also mentions new strategic investors like Paris Hilton and others, and offers a first look at its interactive streaming technology for smart TVs. The company had been rumored to be raising at a $125 million valuation last year, after attracting a number of high-profile creators to its streaming platform for live and virtual shows.

I think it could possibly be because Jay truly cares for his customers. Lobster tail cooked to perfection beautiful steak with a secret sauce on top cannot go wrong at the Fireside Lounge. If you're fortunate enough to get there when they have the surf and turf special that's another gourmet meal prepared at this local neighborhood dive bar. It had a perfect char and was trimmed perfectly and it actually melted in your mouth.
He prepared a ribeye steak and garlic mashed potatoes that was almost or possibly the best ribeye I have ever had. Jay does a phenomenal job of running the kitchen at the Fireside Lounge. Yes you will find lots of locals here but that's because they are in the know. How can you give a five-star review to a local dive bar? Well let me tell you this is not just a local dive bar this is a phenomenal Gourmet dive bar.
